Job Description

Dream Homes Reality is a trusted and fast-growing real estate company. We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Senior Executive (Sales) to strengthen our sales team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and follow up with potential clients for flats, plots, and other properties
  • Conduct client meetings, site visits, and presentations
  • Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales targets
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients
  • Prepare and submit sales reports to management
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis

Requirements:

  • Minimum Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
  • 2–5 years of experience in the real estate sector (preferred for Senior Executive roles)
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Target-driven and results-oriented mindset
  • Proficiency in MS Office and basic online marketing

Additional Skills:

  • Professional and presentable appearance
  • Strong client-handling abilities
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
